Returns & Exchanges

Wrong size, wrong count, or the bins do not fit the shelf — the partner return network takes them back.

The 30-Day Window

You have 30 days from delivery to return most items for a refund or exchange through the same retail partner network that delivered them. Nest the pieces back into the original box the way they arrived and they are ready to travel. Containers that have already stored food should be returned clean and dry; a set unpacked once on the kitchen counter is perfectly fine to send back.

How a Return Works

  1. Write to [email protected] with your order number and the reason.
  2. Within 1–2 business days the retail partner issues a prepaid return label and the list of drop-off points nearest your ZIP code.
  3. Box the set, attach the label, and drop the parcel at any partner location or hand it to the partner carrier. Keep the receipt with the tracking number until the refund lands.

Partner Drop-Off Points

Returns travel through the partner networks that handle the deliveries — thousands of carrier counters, lockers and drop-off locations across all 50 states, most within a short drive. No appointment is needed, and the drop-off scan starts the refund clock immediately.

Refund Timing

Once the partner return center receives the box and it passes inspection, the refund goes back to the original payment method through the partner that took the payment. Allow 5–7 business days for it to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

A 7-piece set when you needed the 14, medium bins instead of large, a divider length that misses your drawer by an inch? Say so in the first email — if the replacement is in stock at the partner warehouse, it is reserved while your return travels.

Damaged or Defective

A cracked container out of the box, a lid that will not latch, a drawer that will not slide — send a photo within 7 days of delivery and the item is replaced or refunded at no cost to you. No return trip is required unless the partner center asks for the item back. Defects are our problem, not yours.
