Vtopmart designs the containers; moving them is a partner job from the first scan to the last. Storage, packing, checkout and the drive to your door are handled entirely by our retail and fulfillment partners — the same national networks that move millions of household parcels every day. Your order is picked at the partner facility nearest you and rides one partner chain the whole way, which is why a box of bins usually shows up faster than you expect.
Partner fulfillment centers pick and pack orders within 1–2 business days. Clear containers and bins nest inside each other for transit, so even a 24-piece pantry set travels in one compact box; lids ride in their own sleeve so latches and seal rings arrive unbent.

All three methods run on partner carriers; the option you pick at the partner checkout decides which service takes the box. The windows start when the box leaves the partner warehouse, not when the order is placed — add the 1–2 processing days when you plan.
A tracking number lands in your inbox the moment the partner warehouse prints the label. The carrier link goes live at first scan, which can trail the email by up to a day — a quiet tracking page on the first evening means the box is in the partner queue, not lost.
The partner network delivers to all 50 states. Alaska, Hawaii and rural routes usually land at the far end of the windows above; APO/FPO addresses ship Standard only. Multi-box orders — say, a rolling cart plus a bin set — may leave different partner facilities and arrive on separate days.
